Next to strength and flexibility most circus disciplines require a lot of technique. Not only to improve efficiency and aesthetics but also in order to prevent and protect from injuries and damage.
In my classes we will mainly focus on building a solid base - in order to improve steady and safe. Combined exercises that improve flexibility, strength and specific technique (individually depending on our goals) will be the focus of the classes.
